Roles and Responsibility

  • Senior Software Engineering Lead will be part the AGILE development team, building and working on enterprise grade software systems on using state of the art technologies.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 10 Years of Development Experience and at least 3 years of Architecture or Lead Experience Required.
  • Experience in modernizing legacy enterprise applications towards Service-Oriented Architecture using state of the art technologies
  • Experience in providing technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
  • Experience in Enterprise Java Software Development and maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
  • Experience in Web application development using Java MVC frameworks (e.g. JEE/JSF/Struts/Sprinig)?
  • Experience in developing and maintaining web services
  • Experience delivering mobile-responsive web interfaces
  • Experience working within a Cloud environment
  • ORM technology experience (e.g. Hibernate)
  • SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), Weblogic, JBoss, XML/JSON, JAX-WS, JAX-RS , P/L SQL, JEE, BPMN 2.0, JSF, Spring, Hibernate, Spring MVC, Spring Webflow, Apache CXF, AXIS, JQuery, AJAX, RESTful web services
  • Strong communication skills and interaction skills as this will be a client facing role.
